Preliminary insights from the research conducted on higher education teachers were presented in Iasi, Romania at Globalization and Higher Education in Economics and Business Administration (GEBA 2023) Conference hold from 19thto 21st of October 2023 (https://www.feaa.uaic.ro/geba). Carmen Claudia Aruștei (UAIC) and Jaana Hakli (LAB) presented the results from Output no 3 to an audience of 7 academics focusing on higher education teachers’ confidence in their diversity and inclusion competencies necessary for a more and more diverse classroom (Output no. 3). The GLOBDIVES project results reached academics from other Romanian Universities and the book of abstracts is available online and was also distributed to over 100 academics participating to the conference all over the world.
